Workout Spotlight

Like everyone, I have my favorite routines. Here I'll be posting some of my favorite exercises or even full workouts.

Back exercises are some of my favorite exercises in the weight room. Whatever exercise I'm doing for my back, I always invision that "V" shape to help me focus on my target muslces. Below are a few of my favorite back moves.

I typically like to lift heavy with my back for 4-6 sets x 6-10 reps. On my lighter back days (or for burnout exercises) I'll do anything from 1-3 sets x 12-25 reps, depending on the exercise.
